A Nearly Man

It's 1975, dawn of The Age Of Equality. It's International Women's Year, but it's still a man's world. And here is that man, Christopher Eager. He's touching 24; he's about to become assistant manager of Hooker's Children's Bookshop; he is shortly to meet the most beautiful bank clerk in the world. He's almost a success. But Chris is a thinker, an idealist. And as he enters a new world of lust, pox, lesbianism, divorce, adultery and suicide, can his beliefs withstand his desires?
